Robin serves as Head of HR at Welldoc and is responsible for the company’s global human resources management. She collaborates with teams in the U.S. and India to ensure the company’s most critical assets, its people and culture, align with Welldoc’s mission and vision to transform chronic care.
Robin brings over 15 years of experience in HR roles within healthcare and higher education with a strong focus on enhancing the workplace and employee experiences. Before joining Welldoc in 2021, Robin provided HR expertise and management to centers and institutes within The Johns Hopkins University and School of Medicine, most notably, The Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality.
Robin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from McDaniel College and a Master’s Degree in Security Studies from American Military University. She holds a PHR certification and is an active member of SHRM.
